Extended Biography

Born and raised in Klamath Falls , Oregon USA . Jeremiah was raised by two very talented parents who raised and encouraged Jeremiah to be a “Renaissance man”, that is a man who has broad intellectual interests and is accomplished in areas of the arts, the sciences and athletics. Atkinson began acting in high school plays, and focused more on the stage than his schoolwork, in college there was a reversal of that. Fate came calling at the end of his senior year, and he new he had to leave his dreams of acting behind and go to college in Portland Oregon for four years. His sophomore year his father was diagnosed with cancer and died. Jeremiah took some time off from college to be with his mother. He later returned to Portland to finish his schooling and earned three degrees. He turned down teaching positions in a couple of colleges and returned to Klamath to help his mother. He then took a position at Oregon Institute of Technology managing all of their computer systems. He then left to travel the world and start to pursue an acting career again. He currently works on computers to make money until his acting career takes off :o)Atkinson currently lives in Klamath Falls Oregon and, when not working, enjoys movies, reading, writing studying apologetics and spending time with friends and family.

Did You Know? Jeremiah...

At age 19 was an avid bodybuilder and could bench press over twice his weight.
Had planned on being a professional actor right out of high school, but went to college for 4 years (earning 3 degrees) before he decided to pursue acting full time once again.
Is dyslectic and struggled with school for years, but he enjoys learning and teach what he knows.
Does not like doing math, AT ALL !
He has had many jobs in his life including: firefighter, pro-rock climber, computer systems analyst and an assortment of other jobs.
Is extremely creative and can work in most forms of media.
Loves making aboriginal instruments called didgeridoos.
Became an ordained minister at 21 and was honored to officiate his bothers' wedding.
Is still single and looking for the right woman.
